Hello everybody - hope you are all staying safe and well - and managing to keep business moving. It's certainly very challenging and we've all had to adapt and do things in different ways.
With more of us working from home during the Coronavirus outbreak, that one-on-one contact with your customers isn't possible so never has it been so important to be in touch with users in the online space, particularly when it comes to websites. It goes without saying there has been an increase in online activity, with people looking for answers and reassurance about their problems or issues, whether this be personal or business. This is where a ChatBot may be able to help ease the pressure.
With shortages in staff and an increases in demand, a ChatBot can really help to answer repetitive questions and common queries, so you and your team can focus on more important tasks. A ChatBot can automate and engage in conversation to help customers find exactly what they need. All this is presented to your customers through intuitive menus, clickable elements, visual images, quick replies and most importantly, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Learning Engine - so you can train your Bot with flexible terms or phrases relative to your business.
Sometimes though, there is still the need for a more personal touch, so when required, a Bot is able to add humans into the loop so they can continue the conversation directly with customers and help to resolve issues. This brings efficiency to businesses and can lead to increased productivity and better customer service.
With the ability to customise the look, feel, and even the name of your ChatBot - they can really be made to custom-fit your brand and existing website design.
If you'd like too know more about ChatBots, just message us.
Let's keep talking!

Really pleased with this new, responsive website recently launched for Manor Farm www.manorfarm.holiday
Starting with a new corporate identity, which we based on a stained glass window in the entrance porch, Q2 Creative has designed & built the website and also produced directional signage for the rather extensive grounds - this way to the hot tub! >>>>
This beautiful Victorian house and grounds is now a stunning holiday destination - perfect for group parties and also corporate events - why not check it out?

Another web project goes live! This new website for Partic Motor Spares - one of the largest family-owned UK distributors of Original Equipment (OE) quality components to independent end users and fleet operators - has to work hard for the client, delivering a wealth of product information across an extensive product range.
Take a look at https://www.particmotorspares.co.uk to see how we’ve done it!
